Bad Day!

Filling in for Frankie - I told you about the comedy of errors morning I had. There was another later in the day - and it was the most expensive. I'll tell you about it in the morning. If I survive the night! Thank God it will be Friday - and a new day!

Hot Dog!

The Times Leader has ranked Jimmy's Quick Lunch as the # 1 Hot Dog in Northeast PA. I've been to Hazleton about half a dozen times over the past three or four years - and have had lunch at Jimmy's on about half of those visits. At first I found myself drawn to the great atmosphere - a classic lunch hall with a great 30's/40's feel - but you know - the dogs and the chili are quite good too. So stop in, have a couple of dogs and then pick up a box of pitza ("pitz") at Senape's. That's good eatin'!

The best burgers were awarded to The White Haven Family Diner. They are giant and delicious. (I'd also recommend it for breakfast - and they always play Magic 93).
